The training programme will support the development and recognition of trainers' knowledge, skills and competencies that are crucial for the development of individuals. The proposed training course’s innovative edge lays in the fact that it aims to prepare Experts in migrants’ labour and social inclusion who will themselves belong to migrant populations. The developed course will provide learners with knowledge and specific competences on:

  1. Cultural, psychological and social skills
  2. Legislation, rules and practicalities that help the access of migrants into the labour market;
  3. Assessment of newly-arrived migrants’ skills.

The above will be developed making use of insiders’ perspective which will make it absolutely relevant to the target audiences’ needs.

ARCHIDICT, Illustrative Multilingual Dictionary for Architects, Builders & Construction Workers

KA202 - Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training

archidict logoThe Illustrative Multilingual Dictionary for Architects, Builders & Construction Workers (ARCHIDICT) project has emerged from the partnership of various specialist institutions. Innovative educational solutions and most up-to-date software technology is planned to be used in order to make the web application a useful resource for educational and work purposes. Its illustrative representation and digital form will result in an effective tool in developing both architectural technical competences and equally required language skills in 9 languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Greek, Polish and Portuguese. The learning tool will also include interactive tests for measuring terminology learned and knowledge and skills gained.
